Wedding Packages
Ceremony Package
Three hours on site for up to 60 guests. Includes ceremony chairs, one altar, music-system assistance, décor access and setup, ceremony coordination, guest water and refreshments, and cleanup.
Fridays and select Saturdays December–April; Wednesdays May–November.
Reception Only
Eight hours, 3:00–11:00 p.m., with no onsite ceremony. Includes Fairview hospitality, amenities, Smith’s Speakeasy, and the Wedding Planning Coaching Guide.

Half-Day Wedding
Twelve hours, 11:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m. Ceremony and reception onsite with Fairview’s service, amenities, Smith’s Speakeasy, and planning guide.
Full-Day Wedding
Saturday morning rehearsal at 10:00 a.m. and barn access from 8:00 a.m.–11:30 p.m., including the Grain Bin and all award-winning inclusions.
Friday + Saturday
Five hours in the Barn Friday from 2:00–7:00 p.m. for arrival, setup, rehearsal, and optional rehearsal dinner; overnight in the Grain Bin; Saturday access 8:00 a.m.–11:30 p.m.
Saturday + Sunday
Saturday wedding and reception with an overnight stay in the Grain Bin and Sunday checkout at noon, plus all award-winning inclusions.
Full Weekend
Friday arrival through Sunday noon, Saturday wedding and reception, two nights in the Grain Bin, Smith’s Speakeasy, and every signature inclusion.
Bridal or Baby Shower
Four-hour and six-hour options are available, with tables, chairs, audio, venue manager, and décor options. Ask about beverage, Grain Bin, photo booth, and hosted-service enhancements.

The renovated Grain Bin sleeps up to ten and includes a pool table, dart board, two TVs with fiber internet, a vintage game system, board games, corn hole, Bluetooth audio, shower, suit steamer, and access to outdoor fire pits and yard games.
